Born out of the UKpost-punk scene and led by vocalist and songwriterRichardButler, and his bass-wielding brotherTim, theFursquicklydeveloped as one of the premiere bands at college andalternative radio scoring a flurry of major hits with"Love MyWay," "Pretty In Pink," "Heaven," "The Ghost In You,"and“Heartbreak Beat”in all releasing eight studio albums,spawning several compilations, a boxed set, a liveconcert DVDand inspiring one of the most iconic motion picturesoundtracksof all time. Decades later, their latest release“Made Of Rain”charted in a multitude of countries and became theFurs’second highest ranked UK Album ever. It was prominentlyfeatured in the end of year “Best Albums” chart roundup indozens of publications worldwide. But, theFursespeciallythrive live in concert having headlined at the U.K.’s famedGlastonbury Festival, and more recently at esteemed venuesincluding theHollywood Bowl, London’sRoyal Albert Hall,New York’sRadio City Music Hall,andNashville’sGrand ‘OleOpryamong others.
