Box Office

Showbox Market Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 11am to 6pm; Showbox SoDo Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 12pm to 4pm. Box office hours are subject to change to accommodate special circumstances and early shows. There is a $2.00 service charge per ticket. Shows for both Showbox venues are available at either box office.

Will Call

Will call tickets are available for pick-up at the Showbox at the Market Box Office (open Monday through Friday, 11am to 6pm) 72 hours after placing your order, up until 4pm day-of-show. To pick up your tickets, bring your confirmation, valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. The person who ordered tickets must be present in order to pick up tickets at will call. Also, please note that if you pick up your tickets after doors open, hard tickets may not be available. The box office opens again night-of-show for will call pickup; the Showbox at the Market Box Office re-opens at scheduled door time, and Showbox SoDo's box office opens two hours prior to doors for advance will call pickup.
